Our Cancellation Policy: We ask for a credit card to hold any appointments that will show as pending in your account for $0. A courtesy confirmation will be sent 48-hours in advance of your appointment for your convenience. A 24-hour notice is greatly appreciated for any changes or cancellations. However, out of respect to our therapists, should notice not be given, we have no choice but to charge you for the entire amount of the booking. Gratuity is kindly accepted. Gift cards are available online or at the salon.
